mgm implements Allyouneed Poland

After a project time of only five months, the jointly by mgm technology partners and the customer’s team developed DHL marketplace Allyouneed Poland went live successfully at the beginning of the year. By now already 20 traders are selling their products on the new Polish DHL e-commerce platform. For our customer it is a significant strategic step towards a stronger positioning in an international context within his Global Strategy.

GoLive of mgm market place solution for Kazakh Kaspi Bank

The market place solution built by our e-commerce team went live on the second of December and is available for customers and other visitors via the Almaty (Kazakhstan) based Kaspi Bank’s online banking site. The market place solution innovatively combines online and stationery business of the marketplace participants. Available are, at an attractive price on hire purchase, high quality consumer electronics and household appliances.

Online supermarket shop.rewe.de, launched with mgm, is test winner!

According to a recent survey of the Berlin based market research institute Deutsches Institut für Preis-Leistungs-Forschung the Rewe online shop, „made by mgm“, that went live this year in July is the best online supermarket and the prize/performance winner. The test compared eleven online food retailers according to eleven performance criteria based on a representative shopping basket. shop.rewe.de convinced by a comprehensive product range, low prices and the best shopping experience.     Rebrand of “MeinPaket.de” into “Allyouneed.com”

    In the context of its global strategy, the international logistics industry‘s market leader DHL, rebranded its online marketplace „Mein Paket.de“, developed by mgm technology partners, into Allyouneed at the beginning of April. Under this umbrella brand DHL is now pooling its online shopping offers: besides the online market place Allyouneed.com it comprises also the online supermarket Allyouneed-fresh.com. We wish our customer DHL further on lots of success with the new name!

    Acquisition of MOS Tangram AG: mgm enhances its e-commerce competences in the area of mail order business

    On the 29th of January 2015 mgm technology partners and the shareholders of the IT solutions provider MOS-Tangram AG with headquarter in Boswil, Switzerland, and a branch in Bamberg agreed upon the acquisition of all of the company’s shares and signed the corresponding contracts. With the acquisition of MOS-Tangram AG, specialist for merchandise management solutions in online, retail and mail order business, we enhance our mail order business competence and thereby further extend our existing range of e-commerce services.

    mgm: hybris Fredhopper Extension massively reduces integration effort

    The hybris Fredhopper extension, developed by mgm technology partners, makes SDL Fredhopper functionality easily and quickly usable in the hybris context. Our solution combines a data interface configured in the hybris Management Console (hMC) with the components of the Web Content Management System (WCMS) that visualize the search results and merchandising campaigns driven by SDL Fredhopper in the store frontend according to the requirements. Thereby it reduces the development effort for the integration of Fredhopper in hybris based stores up to 90%.
